Got questions? We have answers!
Our courses are open to everyone! Our course materials cater to everyone from absolute beginners to those with existing fitness qualifications. If you are doing the full barre teaching program, we suggest you do 10 barre classes prior to commencing the course.
Once you have completed all the modules, as well as 10 practice teaching hours, 20 class participation and 20 class observation hours, you must submit a video of you teaching a full 50-60 minute barre class. This will be assessed by our team of teacher trainers. The course is designed to prepare you to pass with flying colours and you can’t fail, though we may ask you to resubmit your assessment if it doesn’t meet the criteria.
The Barre Body Online Teacher Training course is completely self-paced, so you can take it at whatever speed works best for you. If you sped through the content, you could watch it all in about a week. Then you would need to complete your observation hours and practice teaching hours as well as review the content to learn the repertoire. You would then have to film and submit your assessment. Most people take 3-6 months to complete the course, but you can do it in a month or so if you are super keen.
Firstly, don’t panic! One of the very best things about Barre Body’s training programs is that we make learning anatomy accessible and even fun
